Dr. Silber is an out-of-network provider and does not participate in any insurance plans. Fees will be discussed prior to your first appointment.

Initial evaluations run about 60-90 minutes; follow-up visits are typically 30-45 minutes.

Yes — secure telehealth appointments are available for patients located in the states where Dr. Silber is licensed.

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please provide at least 24 hours advance notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice, or appointments missed without notice (no-shows), will be charged the full session fee. Exceptions may be made for emergency situations at the provider's discretion.

I treat adolescents (typically ages 13 and older) and adults. I do not provide psychiatric evaluations or treatment for young children. When working with adolescents, my approach heavily emphasizes collaboration—balancing the teen’s privacy and autonomy with active communication and involvement from parents and family.
