My approach starts with a simple idea: before I consider medication, I want to understand the person in front of me. Every treatment decision grows out of real exploration: who you are, what you've been through, and what you actually need, not a one-size-fits-all formula. Medication, when it's part of the picture, is just one piece of a larger treatment plan. With fellowship training in Addiction Psychiatry, I bring specialized expertise in managing complex medication regimens, substance use considerations, and safe deprescribing.
